What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support our commercial function, helping to manage costs, contracts, and project information while learning the ins and outs of the industry. Your role will involve:

✅ Tracking & Reporting: Assist in monitoring project costs, labour rates, and subcontractor activities, compiling reports to support decision-making.

✅ Subcontractor Management: Help organise procurement, review applications, and process payments.

✅ Project Support: Assist with contract administration, risk management, and cost allocation.

✅ Collaboration: Work closely with our QS and operational team, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Recent graduate in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial discipline.

🔹 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

🔹 Good communication and negotiation abilities.

🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.

🔹 A full UK driving licence

🔹 A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
