Are you a Graduate / Junior Engineer looking to kick start your career in a varied and exciting Technical Support role, where you'll receive full training and clear progression within a market-leading Construction company?

As the go-to person for providing After-Sales support you will be tasked with managing your own desk and maintaining clear customer interaction channels and providing technical support on Roofing products where needed.

You will receive full training and development in the Companies specialist Roofing product range and be given the reins to manage your own workload ensuring customer satisfaction and support whenever needed.

The Role:
* Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries
* Technical Problem Solving: help to resolve technical issues
* ERP System Management: Efficiently manage service orders and maintain accurate records within ERP systems.

The Candidate:
* Graduate / NVQ or similar or Engineering or related field
