3. What We're Looking For

Accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s in aeronautical, electrical, or electronic engineering (or equivalent).
GCSE Grade C/4 in English or equivalent.
Age: 21-47, UK/Republic of Ireland citizenship or Commonwealth citizen with a right to work.
Minimum 3 years of UK residency prior to application (5 years preferred).
Successful completion of Officer and Aircrew Selection Centre and fitness test.
Degrees accredited by IET, RAeS, or IMechE preferred (others assessed case by case).
