What You’ll Be Doing – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Every day will be dynamic and varied, giving you hands-on experience in:

Sourcing Top Talent – Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates through job boards, networking, and headhunting.
Understanding Client Needs – Working with hiring managers to match candidates to roles.
Screening & Interviewing Candidates – Conducting initial phone interviews and assessing suitability.
Presenting Candidates to Clients – Pitching top talent to some of the biggest global brands.
Managing the Hiring Process – Coordinating interviews, negotiating job offers, and handling reference checks.
Building Long-Term Relationships – Growing your client and candidate network to become a trusted recruiter.
