Job description - Business Development Executive In this Business Development Executive role in London,
you’ll play a key part in shaping partnerships. You will also be tasked with identifying talented creatives, introducing them to the platform, helping to curate Creatives team collections, and managing existing creators on the platform. The team sits within the Sales sector, and you’ll be working with artists, illustrators, designers, and other visual creatives in a capacity that is both creative and numbers-driven. Key responsibilities - Sales Development Executive In this Business Development Executive opportunity, your responsibilities will include: - Finding and onboarding top creative talent, from pitch to campaign launch.
- Developing a network of resources and a system to aid this talent identification.
- Managing end-to-end sales processes for both new and existing clients.
- Managing creator relationships throughout the campaign process.
- Helping the team to meet and exceed numerical targets.
- Using relevant feedback to inform and drive platform feature development.
- Working with the team to continually improve how the brand connects with its creators.
- Working closely with the Partnerships team to ensure the best outreach practice is being followed and improving outreach success rates.
Job requirements - Partnerships Executive - A degree from University or equivalent experience.
- Commercial experience within B2C or B2B business development.
- A background in the creative sectors (i.e. illustration, design, animation etc.).
- A strong and displayable passion for discovering developing and established talent across multiple entertainment sub-verticals.
- Experience working in the creative industries or having a keen interest would be a huge plus.
- Strong communication skills and previous success in developing client relationships.
- Very well organised, and the ability to work across a variety of projects at any one time.
- Comfortable working with a numbers focus, meeting and exceeding personal targets.
Benefits of the job - Business Development Executive - A competitive basic salary of £28,000 - £32,000 DOE with OTE of £11,000 in year one.
