Job description - Junior Project Manager As a Junior Project Associate, you will provide essential support to our project management team, assisting with a wide range of tasks that ensure the smooth execution of projects. - Draft risk registers, project dashboards, and Request for Information (RFI) for the landlord team with supervision.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing tender packs and RFIs.
- Maintain and update project directories, ensuring all team members' contact details are accurate and up to date.
- Update the project database throughout the project's duration (training provided).
- Scan, format, print, and bind project documents as needed.
- Manage project emails, ensuring they are sent, filed, and tracked appropriately.
- Perform quality checks on all documents (e.g., minutes, agendas) to ensure proper formatting, branding, and accuracy before issuing to clients.
