Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Dusseldorf & Marktoberdorf, Germany
6-month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: €40k-€44k pro-rata
Our Globally recognised client within the Tech Re-seller space is looking for two infrastructure engineers to come in on short-term, fixed term contracts initially, on hybrid working arrangements based out of Dusseldorf or Marktoberdorf.
Although initially a fixed term contract for 6 months, there is potential for the role to continue on after this initial contracted period.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT infrastructure standardization and upgrades
- Comprehensive documentation of IT processes
- Collaboration with third-party contractors to ensure seamless integration and support
- Task management using Azure DevOps
- Agile team participation
- Onsite and remote user support, demonstrating effective communication with stakeholders both written and verbal
- Support infrastructure projects within a number of regions - including Austria
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Full bi-lingual fluency in English and German
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Adaptability in the face of new challenges and changing priorities
- Excellent security awareness - robust understanding of IT security principles and practices
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networking and desktop support
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and agile methodologies
