An exciting opportunity for a Graduate-level Analyst to join our team at Canmoor.

Canmoor is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual for a full-time job in our London Office.

The Analyst will be responsible for data analysis, portfolio modelling, presentation preparation, and supporting the asset management and investment teams.

The ideal candidate is highly numerate and IT literate, engaging, professional and has a strong interest in commercial property. Must have experience in the property industry, dealing with asset management / investment teams.

Key job responsibilities will include:

Undertaking financial analysis (in excel) on prospective acquisitions and existing portfolios and properties;
Work with senior members of the team on annual and quarterly business planning exercises and cash flow forecasting;
Prepare presentations for internal and external audiences on acquisitions, portfolio management, strategic initiatives and asset management;
Management of debt positions across multiple investment portfolios – ongoing covenant analysis, drawdown management and sensitivity analysis;
Building and maintaining relationships with investment clients, consultants, research analysts, lenders and other industry professionals;
Researching current and future property market trends and developing an understanding of important topics such as ESG and Artificial Intelligence in real estate; and
Working closely with the wider Canmoor team on strategic portfolio management to maximise profit.
