2025 Graduate Finance Role

We are launching our Finance Graduate recruitment for 2025, where we have an opportunity for a Finance Graduate to join our head office team in our Manchester headquarters with Hybrid work flexibility, to support our Global Business. This role will be following a Management Accountant career path and studies, with fully funded study support provided towards ACCA/CIMA.

**We will be holding an assessment centre in our Manchester HQ the week of the 21st April l so if you are successful in the initial screenings, you will be invited to attend this assessment centre.

About the role

Your main responsibilities will be to work on Financial and Management reporting & analysis and assist with production of management accounts and monthly reporting at a local and group level and you will do this with the Regional Management and Assistant management accountants.

You will also prepare financial schedules and accruals analysis where you will be analysing job margins to the central management system. A key part of your role will include the analysis of costs to explain any variances from budget/forecast.

Supporting with budgeting and forecasting (including cash flow) will be the other part of your role where you will assist the annual budget and periodic forecast process and also assist with the production and management of cash flow forecasts to share with the relevant shareholders.

Some other responsibilities will be:

Manage supplier queries
Work on any adhoc projects as required (including the analysis of information and implementation of new customers/countries into the agreed operating model)
Support with the global financial statements audit
Identification of areas where profit could be maximised through cost
Supporting wider Finance function, as required

About you
