About the Opportunity
As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you will support New Product Introduction (NPI) and production processes, ensuring the seamless transition of products from R&D to manufacturing. You’ll work hands-on with production lines, optimising processes, improving efficiency, and troubleshooting issues. This role offers:

What We're Looking For
- HNC/HND or Degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing (Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping)
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Experience with 3D CAD & PLM software (desirable)
- Confidence in assembling prototypes & small-batch devices (desirable)
- Project management experience (desirable)
