Description
Financial Services Administrator Graduate:
- Assist the Administration team and Financial Advisors
- Answering the telephones
- Scanning, filing and distributing post
- Arranging Advisor appointments
- Data entry and quality management on the CRM system
- Obtaining valuations and file preparation for client meetings, including collation of fund information, obtaining illustrations, and updating client data
- Updating CRM system following client meetings
- Checking paperwork and processing new business applications
- Liaising with Advisors, product providers, clients and professional connections, electronically, verbally and in written form
- Building and maintaining a detailed knowledge and understanding of the internal systems and processes
Profile
Financial Services Administrator Graduate:
- An interest in the Financial Services sector, or Graduate looking for their first/ second role
- IT savvy - use of CRM system and basic Microsoft package
- Adaptable and able to provide a friendly, professional service to clients and colleagues
- Have a positive, energetic, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
