This is an exciting opportunity as part of a strategic priority for the Company and growing digitalsubscription business, forming the future of the direct to consumer experience, which engages guests of all ages. The EMEA Merchandising Manager will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our
new Localised Operating Model for merchandising, ensuring local teams across our European offices are empowered with end-to-end control over their services while ensuring that global and regional priorities remain in place.
You will work with teams covering 50+ territories across Europe. You will oversee the timely completion of local page builds and QE checks for all markets, as well as a weekly regional review process based in London to sign pages off ready for exec approval and global visibility. You will work indirectly with a team of regional reviewers performing QE checks, providing them with guidance and

As Merchandising Manager for Disney+ in EMEA, you will ultimately be responsible for brand stewardship at the highest level, guaranteeing that markets are respecting global content priorities, seasonal activities, marketing alignments and DE&I initiatives while also satisfying local sensitivities and nuance. You will work with the Merchandising team to be across all aspects of local, regional and global merchandising strategy for Disney+ and will contribute in editorial brainstorms and content priority meetings to ensure that our merchandising strategy remains engaging, fun and disruptive – and locally relevant.
Though you will own your own areas of responsibility, you will report directly into the Senior Merchandising Manager and work closely with the rest of the Content Planning & Merchandising team, and the wider Disney+ EMEA team, working towards the end goal of increasing user engagement and extending customer lifespan across all audience segments.
