Graduate Assistant Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with management accounts preparation, budgeting, and forecasting
- Supporting month-end and year-end financial reporting
- Conducting variance analysis to support business decision-making
- Assisting with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
- Reconciling accounts and supporting cash flow management
- Collaborating with senior finance professionals to improve financial processes
Requirements:
🔹 Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or studying towards ACCA/CIMA)
🔹 Strong analytical and numerical skills
🔹 Proficiency in Excel and an interest in financial systems
🔹 Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
🔹 Hybrid working requires a commutable distance to Crawley
