We are hiring for various roles across our business in our Corporate Finance / Transaction Services / Audit / Tax / Compliance teams. We are hiring in our Manchester (M3 2EN), Liverpool (L3 2YL), Leeds (LS1 2ND) and London offices (EC1V).
Tax Graduate (Corporate or Personal)
You will assist in preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations for individuals or businesses. Working under the guidance of experienced tax professionals, tax graduates gain hands-on experience in tax planning, reporting, and advising on tax strategies. This role serves as a strong foundation for a future career in tax advisory, accounting, or financial consultancy. You will be enrolled onto a CTA/ACA dual pathway.
Audit/Compliance Rotational Graduate
You will assist in examining and evaluating companies financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. You will be working under the guidance of experienced auditors, gaining practical experience in financial reporting, risk assessment, and internal control systems. This role provides a foundation for future career growth in auditing, accounting, or financial management. You will be enrolled onto the ACA pathway.
Transaction Services Graduate
You will assist in financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Working alongside experienced professionals, transaction services graduates help analyse financial statements, assess risks, and provide insights to ensure informed decision-making during business deals. This role offers valuable experience in corporate finance, business valuation, and deal structuring, laying the groundwork for a career in transaction advisory or corporate finance. You will be enrolled onto the ACA pathway.
