Initially, the Graduate Electrical Engineers will work in the organisation's earthing department, where they will receive industry-leading training to carry out site surveys, measurements and design of earthing systems.

A driving licence is required, as is a qualification (BEng or MSc) in an Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering discipline.
