About the Opportunity
This Rail Engineering/Fitter Apprenticeship at our Crewe site offers hands-on experience in bogie, wheelset, traction motor, and HVAC maintenance. You'll work as part of a multifunctional team, supporting high-profile projects like HS2 while earning a Level 3 Diploma in Rail Engineering. This programme is a stepping stone to technical expert and leadership roles, with structured career development and real-world assignments from day one.
