Responsibilities
- Drive the successful delivery of our cutting-edge educational programmes, both in-person and online
- Manage exciting projects that directly impact students' learning experiences worldwide
- Coordinate complex logistics, honing your skills in scheduling, venue management, and resource allocation
- Plan and organise engaging activities and events for students, enhancing their overall programme experience
- Assist in the recruitment process for mentors and tutors, developing your skills in talent acquisition
- Support the onboarding of new mentors and tutors, helping to ensure they're well-prepared for their roles
- Collaborate with diverse teams across the company, building your professional network and communication skills
- Create and optimise programme timetables, developing crucial planning and organisational abilities
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve our operational processes, making a real impact on the business
- Interact directly with students, enhancing your customer service skills and cultural competence
- Prepare and manage programme materials, gaining hands-on experience in educational resource development

Requirements
