You will take ownership of a major building's daily operations and champion the client experience in one of the city’s most beautiful buildings.
You'll be nurturing relationships, building trust, and creating lasting partnerships with an array of wonderful clients. By delivering a world-class service, you'll cultivate an engaging and supportive environment where clients can thrive.
Key responsibilities – Junior Project Coordinator In this Community Manager job in London, your responsibilities will include:
- Representing our client as front of house, whilst continuously touching base with your wider Account Management team who are based in HQ.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalised assistance and anticipating their needs at every turn.
- Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Responding to client enquiries and requests via the in-app chat function and the building's email inbox.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages for clients.
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and setting up the rooms to specification as well as upselling meeting room packages.
- Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including stock management in communal and demised areas.
- Supporting the Property Management team with key information and tasks (such as meter readings).
- Ownership of opening and closing daily operations for the building.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, partners and suppliers.
