Job description – IT Support Analyst In this 1st Line IT Support Analyst, you will provide 1st line desktop support across a variety of systems with an escalation path to a highly technical desktop and infrastructure team.
This role will focus on utilizing your IT Service desk skills that you have gained commercially or academically.

Key responsibilities – IT Support Analyst In this IT Support Analyst role in London, your responsibilities will include: - 1st line desktop, voice and remote access support across Aquis offices and remote users
- Setup new IT equipment for users, including laptops, desktops, telephony and mobile phones
- Managing users and groups within Active Directory
- Responsible for implementing approved procedures (change control, joiners/leavers, etc)
- Support and maintain Microsoft Teams AV equipment (Yealkin)
- Prepare and maintain up to date documentation
- Manage relationships and work with vendors to escalate issues when appropriate
Job requirements – IT Support Analyst - A 2.2 or above from a top-ranked university
- A right to work in the UK
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office365 including desktop office applications word/excel
- Must be IT literate and have a strong interest in pursuing a career in IT
- Experience in IT Support/Desktop Analyst is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Attention to detail and highly organised
- An excellent team player, with an ability to work on your own initiative
