About the Opportunity

The Logistics Degree Apprenticeship Programme is a 4-year, fully-funded scheme combining academic study with real-world logistics management experience. In partnership with Sheffield Hallam University, apprentices work towards a Level 6 degree, while gaining experience across warehouse operations, HR, finance, and health & safety. You’ll start as a warehouse colleague, progress to department manager, and work toward a shift manager role. Benefits include:

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 112 UCAS points
Level 4 or above in Maths and English GCSEs
Right to work in the UK and 3 years UK residency
Willingness to work early shifts and weekends (4am–1pm or 5am–2pm)
UK driving licence and own transport strongly recommended
Tenacious, organised, empathetic, and motivated to lead
Strong interest in logistics and team leadership
