About the Opportunity
Based in Glasgow, this 3-year graduate programme offers aspiring tax professionals the chance to qualify as both ICAEW Chartered Accountants (ACA) and Chartered Tax Advisers (CTA). You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple tax specialisms, working with diverse clients—from startups to large corporates. A&M provides personalised coaching, diverse client exposure, and a chance to explore different paths before specialising, fostering both personal and professional growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree
- A-levels (or equivalent) at ABB or above, including maths
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word
- Relevant experience preferred but not required
- Evidence of non-academic achievements
- Strong written and spoken English (additional languages a plus)
