Commercial Property Paralegal – Our client, a highly esteemed Holborn firm with a legacy spanning over 300 years, is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal with a minimum of 1 year of solid experience in commercial property support to join their growing team.
About the Role
The team, led by 3 Partners represents a diverse client base, including landlords, tenants, developers, funders, investors, individuals, corporations, charities, and landowners across industries such as retail, renewable energy, leisure, and life sciences. In this role, you will support the team on an extensive range of commercial property work, including investment, development, strategic land, landlord and tenant, financing and landed estates.
You will be responsible for running straightforward matters from receiving initial instructions to completion, including liaising with clients and third parties, opening files and assisting with the entire AML/CDD process, obtaining documents from the Land Registry, ordering searches, managing electronic documents, overseeing post-completion matters, e-filing, producing and reformatting documents to ensure alignment with house style, generating template correspondence and draft documentation as well as assisting with business development initiatives as required.
Candidate Requirements
They are interested in talking to energetic and keen individuals with at least 1 years’ experience as a paralegal within an established Commercial Real Estate team. You will need good computer literacy, excellent standard of client care and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
