About the Opportunity
Join as a Customer Service Representative based at Nationwide's Swindon office, supporting customers via phone in a fast-paced contact centre environment. The role offers full training, career progression, and the chance to influence customers’ financial journeys. You'll work 35 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern (8am–8pm, including weekends). After the initial 4-week onsite training, the role moves to hybrid working with two office days per week.
