We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Insurance Advisor to join our friendly and supportive team in Witney. You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, build valuable skills, and work towards professional qualifications – all while helping clients find the right insurance solutions for their needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Advising customers on a range of insurance products and solutions
Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Processing applications, renewals, and policy amendments
Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable insurance options
Working towards individual and team sales goals
Keeping up to date with industry trends and product knowledge

What We’re Looking For:

An interest in insurance and financial services
A great communicator who enjoys helping people
Ambitious, eager to learn, and keen to develop a long-term career in insurance
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a bonus but not essential
