My client are seeking a Law Graduate to join their exciting business as a Conveyancing Assistant . The ideal candidate will be a Law Graduate or have some experience within Conveyancing. Offering a starting salary of £24,000 - £24,500 plus annual bonus, genuine career progression, funding for qualifications and a great benefits package.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 – 5

The Role:

Handling a high volume of conveyancing cases from instruction to post-completion
Communicating with clients, solicitors and estate agents over the phone and by email
Handling both freehold and leasehold cases
Exchanging contracts
Supporting the team leader with cases
Using the case management systems

Skills and Attributes:

Law degree
Understanding of conveyancing procedures - desirabe but not essential
Excellent communicator
Highly organised
Attention to detail
Personable and approachable
