The role

Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service.
Identifying buying signals from customers ensuring you conduct thorough fact finds during your calls.
Monitor and report on client performance, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Support in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and client reports.
Assist in resolving any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

The candidate

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
A strong team player who can also work independently.
Happy to work from their beautiful city centre office.
Can – do attitude with a desire to improve service within a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience within sales, service or account management preferable but if you feel you can bring something to the table without that experience, we still want to hear from you!
