Responsibilities

Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets
Develop and maintain databases, ensuring optimal database design for efficient data retrieval and storage
Utilise SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from various sources
Create visual representations of data using Tableau to facilitate understanding of complex information
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insights that support business objectives
Prepare detailed reports and presentations that summarise findings and recommendations for stakeholders
Employ project management skills to oversee data-related projects from inception through completion
Document processes and workflows using Visio to ensure clarity and consistency in operations
Assist in the development of automated reporting solutions using VBA where applicable

Skills

Interest in SQL for database querying and manipulation
Willingness to learn R for statistical analysis
Enthusiasm for data visualization tools like Tableau
Basic understanding of project management concepts
Interest in database design principles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
