The Event Marketing Senior Project Coordinator role offers the chance to plan and execute a wide range of events, from client-facing to internal and training-related. Responsibilities include managing the full event lifecycle, collaborating with internal and external partners, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with Citi's policies. This role provides opportunities to lead events independently, support flagship projects, and develop professionally through additional responsibilities and training.
3. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in event management, ideally within financial or professional services.
- Strong project coordination, vendor negotiation, and event execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-profile events simultaneously and independently.
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required; additional language a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Cvent is desirable.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, with 25-35% travel outside London.
