About the Opportunity
As an Investment Associate, you will support Investment Directors (IDs) in managing and developing relationships with IFAs and clients. This role provides hands-on experience in portfolio analysis, investment proposals, and client servicing, helping you build key industry skills.

What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy skills
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients and IFAs
- Organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of discretionary investment management and tax wrappers (preferred)
- Industry qualification (Level 4 CISI IAD or equivalent) is highly desirable (support available for part-qualified candidates)
