About the Opportunity
The Software Engineering Graduate Programme is a 24-month opportunity to develop cutting-edge digital solutions within BT’s Digital Platforms team. You’ll work with Agile DevOps teams, designing, developing, and deploying software that serves over 30 million customers. You’ll gain hands-on experience in full-stack development, microservices, and cloud technologies while receiving on-the-job training, mentorship, and career development support. Upon successful completion, you’ll secure a permanent role within BT Group.
What We're Looking For
- Degree: Minimum 2:2 in a STEM subject.
- Programming Skills: Experience in Python, Java, or TypeScript.
- DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with Git, Nexus, Ansible, Terraform.
- Database & Cloud: Basic understanding of MySQL (or similar) and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Right to Work: Must have full UK Right to Work for the duration of the programme (no visa sponsorship available).
