About the Opportunity

The Paralegal Academy offers a structured 12-month training programme in the Casualty Practice, providing hands-on experience in case management, legal research, and litigation. Successful candidates may progress to internal qualification routes based on performance. Expect a tailored development programme, on-the-job training, and mentorship from experienced legal professionals.

What We're Looking For

2:2 degree in any discipline (no prior legal experience required)
BBC A-Level (or equivalent) – mitigating circumstances considered
GCSEs: Grade C/4 in English Literature, English Language, and Maths
Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Some knowledge of litigation is beneficial but not essential
