What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality care and support tailored to the needs of individuals with disabilities.
- Promote inclusion, independence, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service users' quality of life.
- Assist with personal care, daily activities, and individualised programs.

What We're Looking For:
- A Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care
- A strong passion for person-cantered care and advocacy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to foster independence and dignity in those we support.
- Completed Registration for CORU
- Manual Irish drivers licence

Our person-cantered approach ensures that each individual receives tailored support to enhance their independence, social inclusion, and overall well-being.
Respite Services: Our Respite Services offer short-term, planned breaks for individuals with disabilities and their families. These services provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals can enjoy new experiences, build relationships, and develop life skills while giving families and caregivers essential time to rest and recharge. (Hours include, evenings, weekends & Waking nights) Prosper offer Premium allowances for these hours.
Residential Services: Prosper's Residential Services provide a supportive, home-like environment for individuals who require full-time or semi-independent living arrangements. Our dedicated team works closely with residents to promote autonomy, inclusion, and a high quality of life, ensuring that each person receives the support they need to thrive in a community setting. (Hours include, evenings, weekends & sleeping nights) Prosper offer Premium allowances for these hours.
