Supporting HR project rollouts and providing data insights to aid decision-making.

Representing HR in project meetings and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Developing HR policies and process checks to maintain compliance.

Assisting the compensation and benefits team in managing employee benefits.

Collaborating with the wider HR team on salary reviews, gender pay gap reporting, and talent management initiatives.

Transforming HR data into clear, meaningful insights for key stakeholders.

Supporting audit preparations to ensure HR processes are compliant and efficient.

We are looking for a graduate in HR, Business or related discipline, with excellent communication, team working, analytical skills also with an eye for detail.
