Become a key problem solver in PwC’s Risk Management team. Our specialists advise internal teams on everything from managing risk, ethics, technical and regulatory requirements to preventing financial crime. As a Risk Management professional, you'll support the firm in delivering its strategic goals safely, understanding business needs, and handling challenging risk situations with effective solutions.
Programme
Our Risk Management graduate programme is underpinned by development opportunities that broaden and deepen your knowledge to help us navigate complex risk environments. You'll gain comprehensive business skills and specialised risk management knowledge. You’ll engage in hands-on coaching, diverse work experiences, and have the opportunity to achieve a professional qualification from the Institute of Risk Management.
What you’ll do
You’ll participate in a series of 6-month rotations across some of PwC’s risk management teams, gaining experience in areas such as regulatory compliance, technology procurement, data protection, ethics, and risk management within professional services.You’ll be actively involved in various projects, learning throughexperience and having a real impact on the business.
Throughout the programme, you’ll receive support and guidance in your personal development. Your Talent Coach will assist you in setting goals, understanding feedback, and ensuring your career is on the right path. You'll also be challenged and engaged in solving important problems, equipped with skills to become tomorrow's Risk Management professional.
What You’ll Gain
Acquire extensive knowledge and experience in risk management across PwC’s Lines of Service and specialised teams. Engage in running projects, risk evaluations, and implementing mitigation strategies. You'll need to have achieved or be on track to pass an undergraduate degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you're on course to pass based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.
