As a Sales, Marketing and Operations Graduate, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping Carglass France and Belron’s success. You’ll contribute to maintaining our position as the global market leader, whilst ensuring, quality, efficiency, and service remain at the heart of our technicians’ work.

What will I be doing?
Our Graduate Programme offers you the opportunity to work at the heart of our Commercial, Marketing or Operations teams, gaining hands-on experience in key account management, pricing strategies, and market analysis.
Over the course of two years, you’ll rotate through three key teams, developing a comprehensive understanding of business development and commercial strategy. Here’s an overview of what each team does.
Teams in the Marketing pathway include
- Corporate Communication and Media – Discover how our Communication team works and help them find the best way to use new technologies in their everyday work. Our presence in the media is one of the reasons we're the market leader today, because everyone knows Carglass! To do this, we need to explore how to be in the right place at the right time, which is what our Media Acquisition teams do.
- Marketing Intelligence – To know where our potential customers are waiting for us, it's essential to use marketing intelligence and strong market analysis. Today, we're looking to improve our practices and use new technologies to stay ahead of the game.
- Transversality with our Sales teams – Our Marketing teams work closely with our Sales teams to carry out market analyses on their behalf and better understand the expectations of our B2B customers to build strong sales strategies and find ways to continuously improve their practices.
Teams in the Commercial pathway include
- Strategic Vision and plans – We’re the architects of commercial strategies. We build our strategies and plans on solid business analysis. This means we're always in the right place at the right time to remain market leaders.
- Negotiation – Our clients are Key Accounts in insurance, fleet, and lease & rental. To meet their expectations, we need innovative strategies, strong negotiation skills, and regular contact to create a real partnership that enables us to remain market leaders.
- Customer Satisfaction - For us, the satisfaction of our B2B and B2B2C customers is essential. To achieve this, we work closely with our operational staff, who analyse our customers' performance and feedback.
Teams in the Operations pathway include
- Operational Performance & Business Analytics – We ensure that our business runs efficiently by tracking key performance indicators, analysing operational data, and optimising resource allocation. Our goal is to support technical teams in delivering top-tier performance while continuously improving efficiency.
- Supply Chain – Understanding and anticipating supply chain challenges is crucial to our success. During this rotation, you’ll gain exposure to logistics, procurement, and supply chain optimization, while supporting the first steps in digitalising our processes to enhance agility and efficiency.
- Marketing Acquisition for Operations – A strong operational strategy needs the right customer pipeline. In this rotation, you’ll work on customer acquisition strategies aligned with operational needs, ensuring that our business generates the right volume of demand to maximize efficiency and resource utilisation.
Who we’re looking for
You have (or expect to obtain) a master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, preferably from a business school or an engineering school with a specialisation in strategy.
Also, there are some specific qualities we look for in our candidates. You should be eager to take on challenges, enjoy working as a team to collaborate on finding solutions, and should have a passion for development and growth, constantly looking to learn new things and exploring new ideas. - Have a clear and concise expression of ideas, active listening and fostering open dialogue. It’s also important to know how to give constructive feedback
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
