As a Technology & Transformation Graduate, you’ll be at the heart of our digital and operational transformation, working alongside local and global teams to design and implement innovative technology solutions.
On our Digital pathway you’ll play a key role in optimizing our Information Systems, ensuring seamless integration, and aligning digital investments with business priorities to drive efficiency and performance. On our IT pathway, you’ll play a key role in the transformation of our digital ecosystem and IT tools. In a rapidly evolving landscape, you will gain hands-on experience in enhancing digital performance, optimizing website conversion rates, and driving operational excellence across our service centres.

What will I be doing?
Working in our Technology & Transformation function, you'll rotate through three teams over the 2-year programme. You’ll be exploring and reporting back on new technologies we can adopt to improve processes throughout our business, and work on strategic and transformation projects, communicating with stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
Some teams you could be working with on our Digital pathway include:
- Transformation – You’ll collaborate with local and global teams to ensure a seamless and effective design throughout each stage of the project. You’ll play a key role in impact analysis and aligning requirements with strategic priorities.
- Digital & Back/Front Office Hub Transformation – Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our Information System, from development to integration. Play a key role in defining and implementing the "build or buy" strategy to optimize technology solutions. Ensure the quality, security, and cost-efficiency of IT services for application development and maintenance projects.
- Financial Oversight & Internal Collaboration – Digital initiatives require strong financial planning and cost control. Our teams work closely with Financial Planning & Analysis and IT Finance to ensure that digital and IT investments align with business priorities and deliver optimal ROI.
Some teams you could be working with on our IT pathway include:
- Digital Projects – To continuously improve the performance of our website, our teams analyse its performance and are always looking for better ways to convert prospects and contribute to our success in the marketplace.
- Operational Performance – The fact that we are leaders in our market is due in no small part to the performance of our organization. Our digital team works closely with our Operational Performance team who analyse the performance of our centres and work, continuously improving them to better satisfy our customers.
- Media Acquisition in Service of Operations – Develop and execute a multi-channel digital media strategy, optimizing customer acquisition across various platforms. Ensure the company’s strong visibility and appeal in the digital space. Support and guide the marketing team in enhancing online media performance to achieve their objectives.
Who we’re looking for
You have (or expect to obtain) a master’s degree in Business, Finance, Digital Strategy, or a related field, preferably from a business school or an engineering school with a specialization in digital, operations, or financial management.
