About the Opportunity
Join Bellway’s two-year Land Graduate Programme, starting September 2025, and play a key role in the early stages of the build process—identifying and acquiring land for new developments. The programme includes:
Rotations across business functions to understand the full build lifecycle
A residential induction in Newcastle upon Tyne
Ongoing skills camps, mentoring, and project work with fellow graduates
Permanent, full-time role based in West Malling, Kent
Competitive £28,000 salary, bonus scheme, company benefits, and structured development aimed at shaping future leaders
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2:2 degree in:
- Real Estate
- Town Planning
- Property Development & Planning
- Geography or similar
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
- Able to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Willing to travel and stay away from home when required
- Flexible and collaborative, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Must have eligibility to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
