Overview
What will you be doing?
The Team:
The Contacts Media Operations team are responsible for uploading all plans on a daily basis to the two L’Oréal Contacts systems. The person in this role, in Contacts system one, will create media plans within the platform, adding strategic planning information and pre and post campaign tracking information and in Contacts system two, the role will be based around detailed flight management - ensuring all changes, additions and cancellation of plans are captured accurately - as well as providing regular and ad hoc reports.
Job Role:
The Contacts Operations Executive will work on L’Oreal, a world-leading beauty company with brands including Garnier, Maybelline, Lancôme, Vichy, Urban Decay and Kiehls.
This role is all about accuracy and attention to detail when inputting data at a fast pace. You will be expected to identify and drive efficiencies by evolving and streamlining processes. The central operations team will work with you on how to do this supported by a technical team. Best practices are aligned across the agencies, and the Media Operations team ensure that correct processes are being adhered to.
It’s an opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed person who enjoys working with data and figures to join a vibrant media agency at entry level. We are looking for someone who is curious, self-motivated and eager to learn who will come in and hit the ground running. L’Oreal are a demanding client and expect the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong internal relationships with the planning and investment teams
- Troubleshooting any issues between data sets/systems and closely liaising with planning and investment teams to resolve in a timely manner
- Ensuring correct taxonomy is followed on every campaign
- Developing basic knowledge and understanding of all media to spot any errors on plans received from Planning / Investment teams
- Proactively contribute to team meetings, team initiatives and knowledge sharing
- Developing sound knowledge of all necessary tools and systems
- Accurate data input skills
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and solutions-focused with a positive outlook
- Strong communicator with excellent project management skills to prioritise tasks and respond promptly
- Highly numerate and confident working with data, interpreting trends, and identifying inconsistencies
- Proficient in Excel and quick to learn new systems, databases, and processes
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and best practices
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and in a team
