Graduate Engineer Flood Risk and Drainage

Engineering & Development Solutions Ltd (EDS) is an exciting and fast growing engineering and construction consultancy in Cornwall, providing support services to Architects, Planning Consultants and Developers.

Due to an increasing workload we are seeking an ambititous individual wanting to develop or enhance their career in our area of work.

Our key areas are:

Flood Risk
Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS)
Foul Water Drainage
Highways Design
Groundwatering Monitoring

Ideally someone who has a good technical background and/or knowledge in a science or engineering field. The ideal person would have a degree within engineering, civil, structural or with an enviromental slant. We would also consider Geography or Geology graduates with an interest in the fields of flood risk and civil engineering. We are prepared to to train, develop, and support the right person in the role.

A mentoring programme is available for routes to Chartership with the ICE and CIWEM with Continunuing Professional Development a key part of working at EDS.

The role is full time.
