About the Opportunity
RSM’s Graduate Apprenticeship in External Audit offers hands-on client experience, rapid progression, and full support towards becoming a Chartered Accountant. Starting with early exam preparation and exposure to real audit work, you’ll be part of a close-knit team working on a diverse range of clients from day one. You'll benefit from a mix of on-the-job learning, structured training, and access to the latest audit technologies, while also developing your business acumen and interpersonal skills.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 112 UCAS points (or 104 for Scottish/Irish systems) and a degree (obtained or predicted)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and good time management
- Willingness to travel to client sites and offices
- Must have permanent right to live and work in the UK (post-April 2024 policy)
