Job Description
Our Graduate Programmes
As a Product Manager Graduate, you won’t just observe — you’ll be hands-on, contributing to real product initiatives while building the foundational skills of a Product Manager. From day one, you’ll join a vibrant early careers community, with mentorship, structured learning, and endless opportunities to learn by doing. Whether it’s managing product data or shadowing seasoned Product Managers, your journey with us will be dynamic, rewarding, and full of discovery.
Graduate Product Manager Role
This is more than a graduate role — it’s your launchpad into Product Management. You’ll spend your time learning the ropes, supporting live projects, and helping keep our product operations running smoothly. You'll be working across a variety of areas, including but not limited to:
Product Data & Operations:
Maintain accurate product codes, descriptions, and catalogue information across internal systems.
Organise and update key product documentation to ensure stakeholders always have the latest info.
Support data entry and reporting tasks for product launches and changes.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to keep product data consistent across the business.
Product Management in Action:
Shadow experienced Product Managers to learn core practices like discovery, prioritisation, and roadmap planning.
Help with product discovery work — from customer research to analysing usage data and feedback.
Assist in Agile ceremonies: writing user stories, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
Collaborate across the Product & Innovation team to experience how great products are brought to life.
Flexibility:
Whether you’re detail-obsessed, customer-focused, or strategy-minded, this role adapts to your strengths. We’ll nurture your curiosity and guide your growth into a confident, capable Product Manager.
