About the Opportunity

As an Assistant Master Model Builder, you’ll become a LEGO ambassador—leading workshops, creating builds, and inspiring creativity in guests. What We’re Looking For

Passion for LEGO and strong brand knowledge
Creativity and experience in building with LEGO
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable teaching and leading workshops
Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and teamwork abilities
Willingness to appear on camera for promotional content
Full availability, including weekends and holidays
