About the Opportunity
As a Credit Controller within Shell’s Customer Operations team, you’ll manage collections for industrial, commercial, and small business customers. You’ll drive performance through outbound and inbound contact, resolve payment issues, and support credit risk management. What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B debt collection
- Commercial utility (gas/electricity) experience (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
