We're looking for a dynamic leader to manage a team involving the delivery of the Voids / Lettings / Garage / Wise Move services. This is a crucial role where you'll guide your team through an exciting service redesign, ensuring smooth transitions and effective operations.
As a key player, you'll directly and indirectly manage staff in accordance with BCC HR Policies and Procedures. Reporting to a Senior Service Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative team committed to excellence.

You will need to have
- Knowledge of Statutory and Regulatory requirements, relevant to housing management.
- A proven track record of delivering value for money, delivering cost reductions whilst improving service delivery.
