About the Opportunity
As a Field Supervisor at the Ardleigh site, you’ll oversee seasonal teams working on soft fruit crops, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety in daily field operations. This role offers an excellent chance to develop leadership and people-management skills in a dynamic, outdoor environment.
