About the Opportunity
The Klarent Graduate Programme 2025 is a two-year rotational scheme aimed at developing future hospitality leaders. Graduates work at two hotel properties across the UK/Ireland, gaining hands-on experience in various operational departments including Food & Beverage and Front Office. The programme offers mentorship from senior leaders, coaching from industry experts, involvement in key business projects, and a clear personal development plan. What We're Looking For
- Passion for hospitality and operational variety
- Excellent guest service mindset
- Willingness to relocate within the UK/Ireland
- A degree (or working toward one) in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism by Sept 2025
- Right to work in the UK/Ireland for the full duration of the programme
- Available to start in September 2025
