Job Title: Graduate Quantity Surveyor (3+ Positions)

Location: Glasgow Region

Job Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent transfer)

Rate: £17.37 per hour

Job Description

In an exclusive partnership, we are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyors to join a Local Authority based in the Glasgow Region, in a temporary to permanent contract. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience and develop their careers within a supportive and dynamic environment - with the opportunity for a permanent role to be offered within initial contract duration.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets
Conduct site visits and assessments
Support in the preparation of tender documents and contracts
Monitor project progress and prepare reports
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in relevant software applications
