About the Opportunity

Based at Marble Hill House, the Community Engagement Manager will lead initiatives to connect local communities with heritage through creative, inclusive events and outreach. This full-time, permanent role (36 hours/week) supports wider engagement across London sites and includes some duty management responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For

Experience designing and delivering community engagement and outreach plans
Ability to manage volunteers, artists, and freelancers
Strong partnership skills with local community stakeholders
Track record of working with diverse and underrepresented groups
Confident in evaluating programmes and reporting outcomes
Competence in Microsoft Office and managing budgets
Preferably experience within the heritage sector
