About the Opportunity
As an Analyst (or Junior Consultant), you will develop expertise in Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and Operational Resilience. This role offers hands-on experience in consulting, risk management, and client engagement, with in-house training and development opportunities. You’ll work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, gaining exposure to high-impact resilience projects.
📍 Location: London or Warminster (Hybrid – 3 days in-office/customer site)

What We're Looking For
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn in a team environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Basic understanding of Operational Resilience (Crisis Management, Business Continuity)
- IT literate, with experience using Microsoft applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure
- Degree in a relevant field (highly desirable)
- Experience in Business Continuity, IT Disaster Recovery, or Risk Management (preferred)
