THE ROLE
As a Graduate GRC Consultant, you will be trained to deliver audit and assurance support to our clients, providing them with guidance, advice and valuable insight. You will work as part of a team and alongside senior consultants and under the supervision of trailblazers and experts in this industry. With our deep domain expertise within the payments and e-money industry, we will enable you to have the opportunity to engage in a variety of projects across a diverse range of exciting and cutting-edge clients.

Upon training from our expert team, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the provision of high-quality compliance work products to our clients.
- Working and delivering on multiple projects across financial crime, information security, the Consumer Duty and safeguarding.
- Partnering with our client base to understand their business and support the design and implementation of their regulatory strategy.
- Undertaking compliance audits for clients, making appropriate recommendations which achieve regulatory compliance for the client.
- Working closely with other members of the fscom team to assist leadership in delivering an outstanding performance across the team, demonstrating excellent behaviours.
- Contributing to a positive, supportive and proactive working culture by sharing knowledge and expertise both locally and globally.
- Staying up to date with the ever-evolving regulatory requirements, seeking opportunities for our clients.
- Any other duties as reasonably required.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- A degree in a subject that involves strong written communication skills and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
- Ability to work with, and communicate information clearly and effectively to, both clients and team members.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage numerous deadlines and projects simultaneously.
- Quick to learn, curious with initiative, and constantly striving to develop technical expertise.
- Collegiate outlook with the ability to work effectively as part of a cohesive team, whilst taking ownership for areas under their responsibility.
- Self-motivated.
- Displays professionalism in everything they do and sees the importance of it for advancement of career and the company.
- Excellent attention to detail and understands the importance of pride in the work delivered internally and to clients.
- A strong desire to build consultancy skills and client base in the future.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- 1 + years’ experience working within a professional services advisory business.
